| 2 | Notes:The quoted rate is deemed to be included for the following:- (i) The contractor shall enter into the MOU with OEM for maintenance and repairs of the above work at site. (ii) The unit rate shall deemed to include the cost of the consumables and minor parts which are require for smooth maint of lift. (iii) Periodical maitenance shall be deemed to include all repairs / replacement of worn out / defective minor parts. | ||
