| 1 | Supply & depute of M&O staff i.e. 1 x Fitter General Mechanic (FGM) and 01x Helper (Mate) from 0900 hours to 1700 hours in 01 General shift of 8 hours at both swimming pool i.e. Altinho and Madgaon including saturdays/ sundays/ holidays for maintainance & operation of swimming pool of undermentioned sizes to meet to the desired level of cleanliness by adding the chemicals such as PH solution and non ferrous alum as coagulant/ settling aids, soda ash, dry acid, sodium bi-alginex, chlorotex regent, TCA90 chemical through the respective dozing system with adequate quantity, desired occultation and daily cleaning of swimming pool by opearting vaccume pool suction sweeper, cleaning of bottom including deep, slope surface by under water cleaner and removing sediment, particle form bottom by using suction sweeper so as to maintain deepest point of pool must be visible at all times without disturbing the swimming pool schedule of operation, quality of water to be checked as directed by Engr-in-charge frequently complete all as directed. Note: T&P such as necessary equipments for under water cleaner, brushes, breathing arrangements shall be provided by the contractor, chemicals not covered under schedule shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. Location: (a) Altinho (swimming pool of size 48 mtr x 22.5 mtr depth upto 5 mtr, combined diving and swimming) (b) 3 MTR, Madgaon (Swimming pool of size 25 mtr x 16 mtr depth upto 4 mtr, combined diving and swimming) Following water standard paramenters to be maintained on pool round the clock:- PH 7.4 to 7.6 Free chlorine - 0.5 to 1.0 PPM Total alkalinity- 75 PPM minimum, TDS - 500PPM minium, total Hardness - 200 PPM minimum Note: (i) Any damage to the department assets handed over for cleaning due and maintaining of swimming pool to negligence of firm shall be made good by the firm wthout any extra cost to the department (ii) T&P material, labour, eleement involved in cleaning shall be provided by firm wtihout any extra cost to the deptt. | 1.00 | Job |
| 2 | Dismantling all the pipe connections from the filter media drum and removing the legs from the foundation and place the entire filter media drum horizontally for repairs, then remove all the round/ square rusted/ corroded legs and replace with new square legs made up of ERW mild steel square tubing of size 150x 150mm and thickness of 10mm, heavy duty (C class) with necessary welding. After replacing the rusted/ corroded legs, the entire filter media drum to be re-installed vertically and reconnect all the dismantled pipe connection in its original position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) All safety precuations/ measures to be taken while taking down and re-installing the entire filter media drum. (ii) Rates incl addl manpower/ crane for taking down and re-installing the filter media drum. | 4 | M & L for taking out old media from filter at Altinho/ Madgaon swimming pool complete of any size and stacking where directed , cleaning of MS pressure sand filter by scrapping with the help of hard brushes , chipping & removing rusted scaling and physically cleaning of surface by dest cleaning / brooms silt sludge and other deposits from inner side, collecting and taking them out and deposit out the installation at a distence not less than 50 mtrs. Clean and washing properly with bleaching mixed water checking for leakage, strengthining the vessel by welding of joints if requierd to arrest leakage etc , applying two coats of marine paint ( Anti - fouling ) on entire surface ( inner and outer) over a coat of red oxide primer including MS pipes, valves, base frames etc testing and commissioning after completion complete all as specified and as directed . Note : - Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of welding, jointing with suitable MS plates of requierd size & existing thickness as specified including bolts , nuts , washers and packing materials and other misc items requierd at site complete all as specified. | 4.00 | Each Job |
