| 1 | Providing labour only for attending day to day external water supply complaints of all nature i.e leakage in water supply pipe lines , fitting/fixture, over flow of overhead tank, no water supply,taking out water water from trenches during repair including noting the complaints in complaint register complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- (i) Any material required for attending complaints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item herein after and Quoted rates shall be deemed included cost as per notes mentioned below (ii) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of expert and experienced electrician/plumber as applicable assisted with adequate number of helpers as directed by Enginner-in-charge. | 490.00 | EACH COMPLETED COMPLAINT |
| 2 | (iii) The complaints shall be attended and defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 500/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues.Contractor rep shall be available wef 0800 hrs to 2000 Hrs to receive and notify the complaint. (iv) In case, after checking and attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in -charge by the contractor or his rep . If Engineer -in-charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made. (v) While attending the complaint of water supply /Electric supply and if earth work is required, then the same shall be executed and measured paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' . However no extra payments shall be made for dewatering. (vi) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate rate (Fitting and fixtures will be measured and paid separetely under respective item of Sch A.) | ||
| 3 | (vii) All T&P as well as dewatering motor single phase of 3HP with including 100 mtr cable, required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contracor alongwith safety equipments. (viii) The pipe fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters , Taps , Pipe wrench, Chain wrench,Caulking tools,Complete set of spanners and ladders etc , as required at site. (ix) The elecrician shall always be in possession of all Electrician tools , LT Megger, Earth tester , Multimeter , Crimping tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves etc required at site. (x) Ols u/s materials obtained from replacement through item No (2) to (14.05) of BOQ shall be taken on charge in concern scrap under demolition / salvage register. (xi) A BOO will be ordered for getting verified of daily consumption of petty repair fittings/fixture items supplied by contractor and issue through Baby Indent daily wise as per received complaints. | ||
