Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4mm conforming to as per IS 4270/2001 medium class (Part-1) 2004 (Heavy C-Class) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside bead free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be bead free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. UPVC Pipe, submersible cable with fixtures such as rope, clamp, nuts, bolts & washers. Providing, fitting and installation of single-phase starter cum controller panel in sheet enclosure outdoor type conforming to latest IS standard. Providing and laying of submersible cable from starter to motor and PVC insulated copper conductor as service line required from LT Pole to starter panel of reputed make as per the size conditions. Making of electrical connections with the starter panel, service line and submersible pump set after properly thimbling and testing and commissioning thereof.
