| 1 | To, Vadhvan Port Project Limited, 1st Floor, JNPA Administration Building, Sheva, Uran Navi Mumbai 400707 Sub: APPOINTMENT OF CONSULTANT FOR STRATEGIC DECISION SUPPORT UNIT (SDSU) FOR GREENFIELD VADHVAN PORT PROJECT AT DAHANU TALUKA, PALGHAR DISTRICT IN MAHARASHTRA Dear Sir, 1 With reference to your Tender document dated 15/10/2025, I/we, having examined the Tender Documents and understood their contents, hereby submit my/our Tender for the aforesaid Project. The Tender is unconditional and unqualified. 2 I/ We acknowledge that the Authority will be relying on the information provided in the Tender and the documents accompanying the Tender for selection of the Contractor for the aforesaid Project, and we certify that all information provided in the Tender document are true and correct; nothing has been omitted which renders such information misleading; and all documents accompanying the Tender are true copies of their respective originals. 3 The Tender Price has been quoted by me/us after taking into consideration all the terms and conditions stated in the RFP document, General Conditions of Contract , draft Agreement, our own estimates of costs and after a careful assessment of the services to be rendered as SDSU under the present assignment for implementation of the project. We also understand that the Price quoted will be paid asper the conditions of Contract and as schedule of payment after achieving milestones. 4 I/ We acknowledge the right of the Authority to reject our Tender without assigning any reason or otherwise and hereby waive, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our right to challenge the same on any account whatsoever. We also agree that VPPL shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused in any manner for any delay in award of Tender/ Contract/Cancellation of Tender/ Letter of Award due to any legislative or Judicial decision. 5 In the event of my/ our being declared as the Selected for the SDSU services, I/we agree to enter into Agreement in accordance with the draft that has been provided to me/us prior to the Tender Due Date. We agree not to seek any changes in the aforesaid draft and agree to abide by the same. 6 I/ We shall keep this offer valid for 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the Tender Due Date specified in the Tender Document. | ||
