| 3 | Towards labour charges (2 NOS OF UNSKILLD LABOURS) for maintenance of nursery at BEGH premises. The nature of work includes watering, weeding of potted plants, propagation of available nursery plants for Vertical gardens, Re-potting of plants, and display of plants for workshops / Seminars / Conferences / Convocation conducted in the Institute. The necessary vehicle for transportation of plants will be provided by the Institute as directed by the Officer-in-charge. | 5 | Towards labour charges (6 NOS OF SEMI SKILLED LABOURS) & One Supervisor (highly skilled category) for trimming the branches which are protruding into the houses and on road sides, near street lights in a Residential, Academic and Hostel zones; Cutting and disposal of dead trees, fallen trees (fallen naturally or due to cyclone and during rainy days) which are obstructing the vehicular movements and sign boards on main roads and all cross roads etc., complete. (The petrol and oil needed for running the petrol driven 18" & 24" chain saw should also be provided by Contractor). Watering the pots kept for deers at 70 different location throughout the campus from March through October. (Tractor & tanker for transporting the water will be given by IITM). Disposal of Palmyrah fronds on the roads all around the campus, Cleaning of bushes for a width 2 meters from the outer wall of hostels to enable the housekeeping staff to collected the garbage around the hostel and watering the trees planted by retirees and Horticulture section throughout the campus as directed by Officer-in-charge.
