Construction of 12 x 3 mtr Cricket Net Practice Pitch with Marble chips flooring laid over 100 mm thick RCC Slab and 75 mm thick Mud Mat, Enclosed with 2 sets of Heavy duty net with MS Pipe frame and multipurpose turf made with PE texturized monofilament Yarn with minimum pile height of 9 mm of European make only with 5 years warranty. 2. Construction of main Cricket Competition Pitch in Presence of BCCI Certified Curator with black soil from Rajasthan (minimum 200 mm thick) and under layer as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge and Specifications approved by BCCI. 3. Supply of Cricket Pitch Manual Roller -1.o Ton Capacity with Roller MS Sheet Thickness 15 to 18 mm Net Weight: 600 Kg, Gross Weight: 1000 Kg. (after filling with oil/water) with width of 3 feet and Extra small Iron Roller attached for better performance. 4. Construction of Synthetic Grass volleyball court of size 24.40 x 15.25 mtr with antiweeding, 225 mm aggregate cushioning over 600 mm RBM and top layer with artificial UV-resistant polyethylene synthetic grass with rigid monofilament yarn, minimum 40mm pile height and Fixed Volleyball poles and Maintenance of 3 years by way of brushing and adding infill as and when required. 5. Providing and fixing 2.45 m heigh, Chainlink fencing around volleyball court with 4 mm thick G.I Chain link Fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm fixed to 300 x 600 mm RCC beam (in 1:1.5:3 mix) and PCC Edge wall 1:2:4 mix 450 x 750 mm and 100 mm mud mat. The chain link fencing shall be supported by 50x 50 x 5 mm MS Angle & 40 x 5 mm MS flat & Pipes for Lights (tentative wt.=2418 kg) along with one coat of Primer and 2 coats of paint and ACP main board 3mm thickness on 1 x 1 inch (24sft) 6. Installation, Testing and commissioning 8 number, IP 66 Flood lights 200 watt minimum Luminous flux of luminaire 120 Lm/w, Colour temperature of 5700K, Neutral white, CRI > 80, 50,000 operating hours with PCLens and necessary wire for connection and other accessories required for fixing lights on Poles. Firm has to submit originality certificate of material from OEM or Authorized Distributor with 05 years of warranty 7. Levelling of Ground by way of Surface dressing, watering and consolidation and Filling 150 mm thick good earth, spreading in proper lines and grades and consolidation with power road roller, complete in the whole ground area inside fencing. 8. Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing, In rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction on full area of prepared ground. 9. Construction of 3 mtr wide Synthetic Running Track around ground inside fencing with minimum thickness of 13- 15mm of finished track surface based on Sandwich System with WAF/IAAF approved material and under layer of 25 SDBC, 50mm BM, 200 mm WMM and GSB as per site condition and Precast C.C.M25 grade kerb stone on outer side and RCC covered drain on Inner side of Track with sufficient Provision of 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern at entry and in front of Pavillion.(265 Sqm) 10. Supply & installation of 15 number Solar Standalone street light system with MPPT charge controller and IP 65 protection and Luminous Flux of 4500 lm & lumen efficacy of 140 lumen/watt or more, lithium ferro phosphate battery pack, MONO Crystalline type Solar board with 60W or more PV Module & Solar board voltage of 18 V having movement and Lux Sensor, with 2000 cycle Battery charging & discharging cycles with Color rendering index (CRI) >70 & Dimmable Configurability. mounted on 06 mtr clear height long Hot Dipped GI Poles with top dia 70 mm , bottom dia 130 mm & wall thicness of 3 mm fixed to ground with 4 no 16 mm dia 600 mm long Hot dipped foundation bolt and base plate of 200 x 200 x 12 PCD 200 mm (including Cost of Pole) Philips / Panasonic/ Bajaj or eq. make. 11. Construction of RCC sump Tank with 18000 ltr capacity with sufficient provision of 2 HP monoblock Pump and laying main supply line and distribution line around the ground for watering of the ground and Pitch with GI Pipes heavy Duty. 12. Repair by plastering and Painting of existing Plinth beam both sides under chain link fencing around ground, with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of water exterior paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm). 13. Repair and Painting of existing chainlink fencing around ground with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade, one coat of Primer and two or more coats of Synthetic Paint. 14. Providing and fixing Chainlink fencing 108 sqm with MS Angle and Flat and renovation of main Board (tentative wt = 3040 kg) with Priming and painting. 15. Providing and fixing 30 no flags of Sating cloth of different colours including sewing and printing of logo. Complete job as per direction of engineer Incharge 16. Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 150/150 Liters of water Cooler having full stainless steel body, cooling capacity 150 ltr/hour and storage capacity 150 ltr , water purifiers alongwith PVC connecting pipes as required (RO + UV + UF mineral control with TDS control ) and automatic voltage stabilzer copper wound wall mounted. 17. Repair of pavilion Building by way of repair of flooring, tile in store (33 sqm), repair of SS railing, Aluminium Shutter (wire gauge and float glass) wiring and fixing exhaust fan and ceiling fans and lights, Painting of truss and sheets with 1 coat of primer and 2 or more coat of synthetic paint from top and bottom, plastering and putty inside pavilion wherever required and wall painting inside and outside with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of water exterior paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm). 18. Construction of Toilet complex as per drawing uploaded and 2 mtr heigh PCC Edge wall 28 mtr long. 19.
