Diesel Engine - Diesel Engine suitable for driving alternator of below rating, compression ignition, Nos of cylinders 6 (inline), BHP minimum 300, Radiator cooled, turbo charged, battery starting, 1500 RPM, suitable for below output of alternator at 40oC and confirming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% overloading for one hour after 12 hrs of prime continuous loading, complete with all the accessories i.e. crank case of steel, crank shaft, conncting rods, electronic governing system, dynamically balanced flywheel, air intake manifold, Air cleaner, anti vibration pads, starter motor, including all other accessories required to complete the system. Instrument Panel - Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for followings : Water temperature indication Lubrication oil pressure indication. | 2 | Alternator - Synchronous Alternator of below capacity at 0.8 PF, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 cycles, 4 wire, 1500 RPM, suitable for operation at 40 deg C, capable of taking 10% overlioading for one hour after 12 hrs of prime continuous loading, brushless, self excited, self regulated through AVR, continuous duty confirming to IS 4722, BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions, class H insulation, including terminal box suitable for bus duct termination as required. Base Frame - Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel which shall be installed on cement concrete foundation and vibration isolating arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. Power Controller should be compatible For DG synchronization Daily service Fuel tank of desired capacity fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS sheet complete with inlet and outlet connections, oil indication gauge, drain plug, air breather, provision for fuel transfer system, level indicators and all standard accessories etc. as required. it must have DEF tank. Exhaust Silencer - Exhaust manifold with residential silencer. Starting system - 24 Volt DC starting system comprising of starter motors : voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with 12/24 Volts suitable nos. lead acid type batteries of suitable AH. Ventillation System - Arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per standard specifications. The first filling of diesel, quantity 200 ltr. Is included. Conformance standard: 15/IEC 60034-1,ISO1460,ISO8528, ISO3046, ISO9001, ISO13018, BS 5514, ISO3046, ISO 13364 prime power rating as per ISO 8528 and all other latest specifications pertaining to DG sets ammended up to date. | 3 | COPPER EARTHING (Upto 8 metre in Length):Earthing with electrolytic Copper Tape rivetted (with 5Nos. copper rivets)/Steel Nut & bolts (with 4Nos. 32mm long, 8mm thick with washer and double nut) to 30cm x 120cm x 2mm thick copper plate (made cylindrical) burried 4.50 metre (14.76 feet) below ground level in the hole of excavation having bore dia. 125mm and surrounded by salt & charcoal dust mixture (20 kg.) including fixing the Copper Tape recessed in wall and in floor etc., up to 8metre in Length (including bore Length). G.I. pipe 20mm dia. (A-class), 3metre long should be laid in the hole of excavation 1 feet below ground level and having GI Reducer 50mm x 20mm with PVC Cap (For pouring water) fixed on the top level of the pipe. 300mm x 300mm x 300mm deep haudi of First class bricks finished with 1:4 cement plaster and haudi covered with cast iron lid having size 300mm x 300mm (Heavy) around the hole of excavation:- | ||
