| 1 | Providing and fixing of pre-fab pine log wood kit 75/105mm fabricated out of exclusive A class pine wood. The pine wood wall partition should be fitted with bitumen sheet between the over lapping groves having doubl edge. The planks tightly fitted so as to provide a double layer to avoid any water seepage or heat loss. All components of structure walls, floor, ceiling, roof and truss made from A- class pine wood duly fitted in T&G/ Dove Tail with glue gum technology etc joints without any nails with seismic resistive features. The windows shall be vacuum sealed fabricated UPVC with double high quality glass fitted in shutters. Solid pine seated with tree levers international quality lockset with high class quality channels duly painted with epoxy mechanized anti scratch head, water and fire resistant enamel coat as per drawing. The entire door shutters made out high class pine wood solid state paneled with three lever international quality locking arrangements duly enamel coated as per drawing. The roof top covered with 0.50mm Hi-Rib sheets alongwith rock wool insulation placed on pine wood planks having feature to with stand a temperature variance of (+- )40 degree centigrade as per drawing. The wooden assembly duly polished/coated prime enamel Wood coat and water/ fire resistant enamel. Floor planks not less than 8.5 mm placed on DPC of 6 M-15 grade with T&G as per the drawings enclosed. Truss: The pine wood truss should be designed to with stand a dead load of snow from 6-8 feet. The beam purlins and posts should be supported by wooden walls as per drawing and design.
