The work also includes Designing and Vetting of Structural Drawings of Change room from any IIT/ NIT/ Design Director before execution. 3. The building shall have vitrified double charged/ Full Body Tile Flooring, Wall tiles 8 feet height in Bathroom, Granite flooring at Entry Steps, False Ceiling, Sal Wood Door/ Window Frames, Flush Doors, 35 Window Wire gauge and Float Glass 2nd class deodar, Modular Fittings for Electrical and Plumbing, wall Putty and painting as per direction of Engineer Incharge. 4. laying GI heavy duty Pipe line around football ground inside track for watering of Ground with provision for 1 no . 2 HP motors. 5. Supplying, & installation of 150/150 Liters of water Cooler with water purifiers (RO + UV + UF mineral control with TDS control), voltage stabiliser and all necessary water and electric connections with 03 years of warranty. 6. Providing and laying 60 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern laid over 100 mm this Bed of Mud mat in 1:4:8 mix with PCC edging of 1:2:4 mix on both side for 705 Sqm area. 7. Fixing of 20 no, 200 watt Flood lights with PC Lens (135 lm/watt) with pole around the cricket ground with pole around Athletic Track with necessary wiring and switches. (2 lights to be fixed on each pole of 9 mtr height).with 05 years of warranty. 8. Supply & installation of 13 no, 9 mtr pole & Solar Standalone street light system with MPPT charge controller and IP 65 protection and Luminous Flux of 4500 lm & lumen efficacy of 175 lumen/watt, lithium ferro phosphate battery pack, MONO Crystalline type Solar board with 60W with 05 years of warranty. 9. Construction of 100 x 1.8 mtr, Chain link fencing Made of G.I wire dia 4mm with mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required, supported by vertical angle & MS Flat @ 1.8 m c/c, Horizontal angle & MS Flat at top and bottom and diagonal angle & MS Flat (50 x 50 x 5 mm ) and MS Flat 40 x 5mm complete with Steel Primer and Paint. 10. Construction of Seating Tiers 60 mtr long Seating Tiers with Kota stone flooring in Tread and Riser as per Drawing Uploaded. But the RCC BEAM and RCC Raft shall be laid for 150 mtr length and RCC baffle wall (60 x 0.2 x 2.25 mtr). 11. Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of water exterior paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm) in all new construction. 12. Supply and Installation of Pedestal for Inaguration made of MS Frame 40 x 40 x 2.6 mm with 4 mm thick ACP Sheet as base of size 4' x 6' and Acrylic Inaguration Plate Acrylic sheet cover as per direction of Engineer Incharge. 13. Providing and laying of Gabion of mechanically woven, double twisted hexagonal wire mesh Gabion Type: Zinc coated mesh type 100 mm x 100mm, woven diagionally. Mesh wire dia 2.70, salvage wire dia 3.40 mm lacing wire dia 2.20 mm of GI wire including all leads lifts and carriages and cost of Stone and Gabion wire crates. The gabions shall have partions made of same material and each compartment shall be of size 1.2m x 1.00m (270 no gabions of size 6 x 1.2 x 1.2 m). 14. Excavating, supplying and filling of 2245 cum local earth (including royalty)by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. 15. Dismantling 655 cum Dry stone pitching in aprons, drains, etc. including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material, stacking /disposal lead upto 100 meters. 16. Earthwork in Bulk excavation (1100 cum) and construction of embankment embankment/Ground with approved material available at site with a lift upto 1.5 m, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (1130 cum). 17. Construction of 100 mtr RCC Drain with factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000x450x50 mm reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal and 9nos cross sectional T.M.T hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S flats of size 50mmx1.6mm complete as per drawing uploaded and Slab at Entry Gate. 18. Construction of PCC Edge wall in 1:2:4 mix as per drawing Uploaded. 19. Construction of Main Board 15 sqm, made of with MS Tubular frame with retro reflective overhead signage boards fixed on 2mm thick aluminum sheet on both sides 20.
