| 1 | 1 (a) Carrying out soil investigation including mobilisation / transportation of machinery ,tools, tackles, personals and shifting of entire arrangement bore hole location etc. and drilling bore hole of 150mm dia in all strata upto depth of 15.0 mtr each at different location as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge/ refusal Ground level and conducting standard penetration test and collection of samples at 1.5 m intervals or at any change of strata in undisturbed strata including chemical analysis of soil & water , necessary laboratory test grains size analysis LL and PL etc. required for evaluation of safe allowable bearing capacity along with the recommendation of type of foundation, type of cement and reinforcement to be used in ibid work and submitting geotechnical investigation report in four sets ink signed duly verified , bore hole positions duly marked on plan and their distance from adjacent prominent reference point, plan size of the buildings shall also be marked in the plan, this plan shall be signed by soil consultant. Bore log details as per Appx 'D' of IS 1892, N values depth wise shall be shown in bore log details.complete in all aspect as directed,and Conducting necessary tests as per relevant IS codes / NBC 2005/SP36 on all collected samples which include the determination of:- ( BH locations 05 Nos for each Igloos Total 15 Nos). (a) Atterberg limits (b) Natural moisture content (c) Wet density, dry density and degree of saturation of soil (d) Soil particle size distribution using sieve/hydrometer analysis (e) Tri axial shear test and C-Phi determination. (f) Shrinkage limit (g) Consolidation test (h) Specific gravity test for sand/rock (j) Crushing strength of rock samples (k) Permeability test (i) Free swell index (m) Grain size analysis, identification and classification of soil type/soft rock and hard rock (n) Unit weight (bulk) density), natural moisture content, liquid limit, plastic limit, shrinkage limit, plsticity index, specific gravity. (o) Free swelling index and swelling pressure if expansive soil is encountered. (p) Depth of water table below gound level (q) Presense of loose soil if any and its depth (r) RQD value and degree of weathering. (s) If weak soil with lesser N value as specified in table -1 of IS 1893 (part I) 2016 is encountered then evaluation of liquefaction potential shall be assessed and remedial actions to be adopted shall be specified.(t) For open foundations, calculation of Net SBC at 1.5m,2.0m,2.5m,3.0m from shear as well as settlement criteria. SBC value shall be calculated based on C-Phi analysis as well as SPT value. For calculation formulae given in IS:6403 shall be used. If pile foundation are required then depth of pile shall be mentioned and capacity in compression, uplift and lateral loads shall be given for 450, 500 and 550mm dia.(u) The work will be carried out as per IS-1893-2025 (Part-I) table 4 and 5 and report will be prepared submitted. Soil strengthening/ measures to be suggested if SBC at a depth of 600mm is found less than 10T/m2 Note :- Above rates are inclusive of all taxes and including shifting of tools and plants to the required site as per requirements. Nos of bore hole will be 01 No for each buildings (having area upto 4000 Sqm) + 01 No Trail pit (size 1.2 m X 1.2 m) 5.00 m away from BH (Both centrally placed). Qty 05 each bore hole 3.Carrying out topographical survey by using total station with spot levels at 5m c/c and marking of exixting structure/features of ground, spot leveles at all junctions and changes in slope, contour at 2.0 meter interval including digitalization of entire data by presenting in different layers to get detailed Geo- referenced Topographical Maps. Maps shall be produced in digital form (Auto CAD). The printed copies shall be produced at a scale of 1:500 and 1:1000 depending on the area size.Three Draft printed copies of topographical map (without scaling), for approval by GE. After approval and complying observations if any, 08 Nos of Final printed copies (CE -4 sets, CWE-1 set & GE-3 sets) and Nos 03 of soft copies (CE, CWE & GE -1 each ) of topographical map shall be submitted.
