| 1 | Construction and improvement of open storage sheds at marshalling yard on EPC basis, complete in all respects as per the scope of work, technical specifications, drawings and schedule of payments on milestone completion, comprising: A. TWO NEW OPEN STORAGE SHEDS (i) One shed of 100 m length over the platform of line 7 & one shed of 200 m length between lines 1 and 2 of the marshalling yard; minimum span 18.3 m, minimum clear height at centre 9.25 m; canopy area extra. (ii) Foundation, supply & erection of fabricated structural steel with test certificates. (iii) Providing & fixing precoated roof sheeting ; painting of new steel; rainwater drainage arrangement. B. REHABILITATION OF EXISTING OPEN STORAGE SHED Dismantling and disposal of AC sheet roofing, removal of old paint, fixing of new precoated roofing sheets (including canopy and ridge) and complete painting of the existing steel structure. C. BIDDER'S DECLARATION (1) Having examined the general and special conditions of contract and the terms of reference including all attachments thereto, the receipt of which is hereby duly acknowledged, we the undersigned offer to perform the services in conformity with the said conditions of contract on Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) price as ascertained in accordance with the scope of work attached herewith and made part of this bid. (2) Our lump sum price offer is inclusive of all incidental, overhead and considering the provision of taxes as per terms and condition of technical bid. (3) I/We agree to abide by this bid for a period of 90 days from the date fixed for bid closing and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the expiration of that period. We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any bid you may receive.
