| 1 | Material and labour for conducting B check of DG sets of capacity 62.5 KVA to carry out following maintenance/servicing, complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) Change of diesel filter/oil filter,top up/replacement of engine oil, coolent if required. (ii) Check and clean engine, alternator battery,instrument panel, elect panel, Timer, Contactors ,Meters and others etc. (iii) Tightening of all nuts& bolts of DG set and its accessories. (iv) Check for any diesel lekage from any point and rectify if observed. (v) Check and adjust fan belt tension, replace the fan belts if found damaged. (vi) Check leakage of smoke from exhaust system/silencer,Repair if required. (vii) Check electrical connections of engine .The wiring shall be maintened properly and engine starting system from engine instrument panel is to be kept in order (viii) Check and tighten the AVM pads nuts and bolts,change AVM pads if found damaged.AVM to be provided by contractor. (ix) Check exhaust pipe,flange and lagging Repair if found damaged. (x) Check output of alternator ,if found OK adjust the same to specified values in case of brush type. (xi) Checking of all hoses and cleanup,change/tighten if required. (xii) Checking of all hoses and cleanup if required. Also changing air filter elements,if required. (xiii) Oiling,Greasing and checking for proper & smooth functioning. etc and refitting, testing on load complete (xiv) Repair / Calibration of Injector complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xv) Overhauling and testing of governor assembly including machine work complete all as specified and directed . (Xiv) Replacement of Emergency push button if required. cleaning of DG set complete using cotton waste, repalcement of u/s rope of exhaust piping (Note 1. :- Rate for for minor spare parts like Limit Switch for emergency push button , Gasket, , cleaning of Radiator, replacemnt of fuel pipe, cleaning of Nozzle, tapit setting included in the quoted rates against each capacity. 2. Rate for Major spare parts and coolent required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule. Job Work will be repeated in every 3 months during period of contract | 15.00 | EACH JOB |
