| 4 | (xvii) Complete electric supply and lighting to the yard, substation and its surroundings. (xviii) Updating all safety measures and safety kits of the substation as well as the operators (xix) Making or replace all charts, safety tips, SOPs time to time as per the direction of the Engg in charge (xx) Ensure the lay out and connections of all type of control cables and UG cable in the 110KV yard and substation and kept it in a presentable manner in all time including providing complete single line diagramm and site plan showing complete 110KV and 11 KV line switch gears, transformer etc all as per the direction of the Engg in charge (xxi) Keep the fire extinguisher system and equipment of the 110KV yard and substation functional at any point of time. If any fire fighting equipment is found unsv/ non functional the contractor shall replace immediately,failing which a penalty of Rs.5000.00 per day shall be imposed. (xxii) Recording the reading of all earthing once in six month for each equipments, 110KV EHT switch gears, 11 KV HT switch gears, LT panel boards, 11/0.433 transformer etc the report /register of the earth value shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engg in Charge duly signed. | ||
| 5 | (xxiii) The following maintenance shall be carried out on 110 KV EHT y installations and 11 KV installation by the contractor during the comprehensive manit period through OEM The general servicing/maint of the 110 KV yard and in house installation as per the schedule mentioned in PS of CA shall be carried out by authorized rep of OEM having a valid license in the respective field only.The test reports of triping, closing times and Insulation resistances of all the 110 KV and 11 KV switchgear shall be submitted duly signed by the contractor, OEM rep and Engineer-in-charge. (xxiv) De-hydration/ filtration of transformer oil by employing on line filtration plant to achieve di-electric strength not less than minimum 50 KV including following work services: (a) Removal of all suspended particles such as dust, rust, scales, collided Carbone oxidation sludge, etc upto < 1 microne. (b) De-hydration of transformer oil under vacuum. (c) Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. (d) Top up the transformer oil upto the level (e) Clean the transformer. (xxv) Preventive/periodical maintenance of 110 KV Yard installations, such as Isolators, CT/PT, Hybrid breakers, Lightening arrestors, Busbar, transformers inclusive of repairs/replacement works at MES 110 KV yard such as replacement of defective post top insulators, busbars etc (xxvi) Preventive maintanence, Software updation of SCADA system, providing fire wall protection to avoid cyber security threats to the SCADA system and updation of the antivirus of the systems to the latest version of the GE approved OEM (xxvii) Testing of Nitrogen injection fire protection system of 110 KV transformer by carrying out practical drill by removing the existing system from transformers and checking the functionality of the system and carrying out repairs to the system if required including re filling and making operational of the complete system -for three Nos of transformer |
