| 4 | Provision for miscellaneous allied civil works and any other emergent petty civil works as required from time to time at ISBT Kashmere Gate during the contract period of one year. The works shall be executed only on written instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge and payment shall be made strictly on actual measurement basis at Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) 2023 rates (with applicable amendments) plus/minus the percentage enhancement /abatement quoted by the contractor in the tender.
