(iii) Defective batteries found incomprehensive maint shall be replaced by the contractor without of any extra cost to the department. (iv) Repairs / replacement of worn out / defective minor parts. (v) Servicing / overhauling of the lift at regular/specified intervals and including checking of all electrical connections. | ||

(vii) If lift shall be non operational more than 24 hours, recovery at the rate of 700 / day shall be done from the contractor payment. (viI) Carrying and ensuring of annual safety test and safety measures as per standard. (vii) New spare parts required for replacing old parts shall be measured and paid separately against Supply only under item Nos. 2 to 20 here-in-after, labour rate quoted shall be deemed to have been inclusive of such items. Make of spare parts shall be of existing make or suitable for the lift as approved by GE. | ||
