| 2 | Note No-1 :- (a) Dismantling of out door unit covers of VRV/VRF unit of any capacity completely by disconnecting/ covering all electric/electronic boards and wiring and servicing condensor coils completely wet servicing every two month by using approved chemicals by OEM and replace all defective/unserviceable parts of units through OEM M/S Hitachi, re-assembling setting all parameters by using softwares by an OEM Engineer. (b) Dismantling of any types of indoor unit covers of VRV/VRF unit of any capacity completely by disconnecting/ covering all electronic boards and wiring and servicing cooling coils, expansion valves, indoor drainage pumps, drainage lines completely wet servicing every two month by using approved chemicals and replace all defective/unserviceable parts of units through by OEM by using tray jackets including cleaning the surface after servicing testing all as directed. Note :- (1) OEM should prepare breakdown servicing report card & same shall be kept on record duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge. (2) All minor & major spare parts if defective/unserviceable of indoor and outdoor units are included in Comprehensive maintenance and shall be replaced by contractor through OEM (Cost of the same is included in quoted rate & no extra cost admissible in this regard):- (3) Out door units (Make: Hitachi) of capacity mentioned below:- Total number of outdoor unit-10 Nos and total capacity of outdoor units - 84HP and 16TR. | ||
| 3 | (4) Indoor units (Make: Hitachi) of capacity upto 3TR- 28 Nos. The cost of spares and labour for any minor or major repairs of VRF type Air Condition plants and connected Cassel type Unit upto 3 TR as and when required (as recommended by the OEM during inspection/analysis report) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost and rate for the same are deemed to be included in the unit rates of item as above (5) Cost of refrigerant gas, pressure switch, pressure sensor, operation switch, thermostat, fuse, thermostat, fusible plug, expansion valve, pressure relief valve, stop valve, adjust valve, economizer assembly, compressor, fan motor, magnetic on tachorm magnetic switch, over current relay, auxiliary switch, hour meter, solenoid valve, oil heater, current sensor, main PCB, Noise PCB and compressor oil will be included in quoted rate. (6)The rate for replacement of damage communication cable will also included in quoted rate (7) The contractor is liable to maintain 21 degree centigrade temperature (plus/minus 2 degree C) and 50 % relative humidity (plus/minus 5%) in the rooms. | ||
| 4 | Note No-2 :-Contractor is required to enter in to "Level-3" MOU with respective OEM . The contractor shall submit Coppy of MoU to Accepting officer for his approval berore commencement of work. The service Engineer from original OEM (s) will visit the A/C plant minimum one time in a month and will submit inspection report to the Engineer-in-charge. Necessary repair action will be taken immediately if/as required and periodical maintenance of plant will be carried out by contactor as per technical instructions OEM. | ||
| 5 | Note for item no-1.00: Scope of Annual Comprehensive Maintenance covered under this tender :- (a) Diagnose the fault and rectify the defects detected in reasonable time. (b) Repair /replace the faulty minor and major parts etc. of the equipments. (c) All periodical and preventive maintenance shall be carried out in presence of engineer of OEM (M/S Hitachi) . (d) Attend all break down as and when required. (e) The cost of spares/sensors and labour for any minor or major repairs of outdoor/indoor units as and when required for smooth reliable operation with high efficiency (as recommended by the OEM during inspection/analysis report) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost and rate for the same are deemed to be included in the unit rates of item as above. (f) The comprehensive maintenance of VRF/VRV plant under this contract shall be done through OEM . The contractor shall submit Coppy of MoU to Accepting officer for his approval berore commencement of work. |
