| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance of SCADA based water supply pumping and distribution system including repairs, maintenance, servicing and operating of all PLC panels and all connected circuit and accessories as required for all the modernized water supply infrastructure as described below by authorized well trained and qualified technician of OEM or through authorised service provider of the OEM or any other agency dealing with the installation and maintenance of SCADA system having vast experience in the relevant field capable to maintain & operate the SCADA system round the clock at SMA Rameswaram under GE Fort Kochi Notes: (a) Servicing and maintenance / repair and replacement of defective components / spare parts of PLC based control panels including all accessories such as modem, antenna, communication cable etc. installed at various pump houses and locations, OHTs and Master control station. Existing SCADA system of PLC -Make 'Mitsubishi', SCADA software of 'Factory talk view' built by Rockwell Automation. (b) Repair / maintenance by disconnecting, cleaning greasing for wear and tear complete servicing, lathing / metaling if required re-installing and commissioning as directed by Engr-in-Charge of all motorized and solenoid valves, Pressure Transmitters, Ultrasonic and magnetic level sensors etc. complete. | 11.00 | Each Month |
| 2 | The scope of work covers for the following also:- (i) Any changes to the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), e.g. Changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing, etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC) (ii) Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. Changes in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys, (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC) (iii) Submission of pass words, operator's manual, troubleshooting manual circuit diagram, schematic diagram and layout plan related to SCADA system required for smooth functioning & all as per Manufacturer's instructions. (iv) SCADA reports related to all the systems to be submitted/mailed to AGE / JE on every week with details of:- (a) Attending and completion of break down within the specified time frame (ie within 4 hours of reporting) & submitting records showing the date & time of reporting and completion. (b) Maintenance, repair and replacement of unserviceable spare parts as required at site with date and time of completion all as specified and directed. (c) All the calls related to unserviceability / break down of the system should be attended within 4 hours, if failed to do so, penalty charges of Rs 1000/- on each day shall be imposed until the system gets repaired for smooth functioning. (d) The quoted rate shall also inclusive of all the charges for the communications, i.e. 01 No BSNL broad band connection with static IP at SCADA room and GPRS enabled data cards / OFC used in all PLC based panel related to the scope of work. | ||

| 5 | Upgradation/modification testing and commissioning of existing centralized SCADA software to next version, visualization and data acquisition for water supply system as per specifications all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA AQUISITION (SCADA) software shall have the programming library generation, soft keys etc. for graphical display and operation by means of soft keys of the automated street light control system, Water supply systems like Pump Houses, Overhead tanks, UG sumps all as specified and as directed. (b) Transferring of date to existing PC to new Version installed PC with all configuration of all location etc. (c) SCADA shall be capable of integrating the additional installations. (d) SCADA system should have provision of both manual and automatic operation.
