| 1 | Provision of complete consultancy services ( as listed below in Item No 1.00 to 1.40) as per relevent IS code practice and standard Engineering Norms and practices complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Preparation, submission and finalization of Complete conceptual plans, Architectural Drawings (Site plans, Plans of all Buildings, all side elevations, Cut Sections, Various sections through Stairs, Critical sections, detailings showing internal fixtures, cupboards, kitchen details, toilet details, elevation feature details, Schedule of Finishes, Arch TD Drawings (in appropriate scales) in REVIT/AutoCad for Following Buildings, While preparing drawings the consultant shall adhere to scales of Accomodation , Scales of Furniture for built in furniture, Zonal specifications, IS Codes, NBC Codes, GRIHA rating system (for 3 Star rating) , Local Bye laws, BPs and AE-II of the subject work. All these documents can be obtained from the office of HQ CE 31 Zone on any working Day. In case of any discrepancy beteween these documents the decision of accepting officer will be obtained before finalizing the drawings. The above mentioned drawing shall be prepared in consultation/supervision of Architects of HQ CE 31 Zone (E-6 Section ) ,( E-2(Plg) Officers for Sch of Finishes ) and will have to approved by Accepting Officer before Finalization. Provn of Adm Block including parking space (G+2)--Total plinth Area -2417.36 Sqm Note:- (i) Out of above buildings ,the building for Provn of adm block incl parking space (G+2) shall be completely GRIHA COMPLIANT and shall include all the components, fittings and finishes to make the same completely compliant for GRIHA-3 Star Rating. Rest of the buildings are not to be Griha Compliant provided the overall Griha compliance of the Provn of adm block incl parking space (G+2) building is not effected by the same. (ii) The Consultant before starting prepration of drawings shall submit detailed report in PPT form ,explaining methodology to be used to achieve GRIHA 3 star rating , based on all the documents mentioned in Para (a) above and considering the availaibility of local construction material and techniques used in zone including design and construction methodology to be adopted. (iii) The consultant Shall be liable to carry out any amendments/modification/revision/additions/alterations in drawings as propposed by Accepting officer before finalization of the drawings. | 1.00 | Each Job |
| 2 | (b) Preparation, submission and finalization of Complete structural design and drawings for following buildings based on the architectural drawings prepared and approved vide Item No 1 above, While preparing drawings the consultant shall adhere to design parameters given in Tender documents, scales of Accomodation , Scales of Furniture for built in furniture, Zonal specifications, IS Codes, NBC Codes, GRIHA rating system (for 3 Star rating) , Local Bye laws and BPs and AE-II of the subject work. All these documents can be obtained from the office of HQ CE 31 Zone on any working Day. | 3 | (c) Prepration, submission and finalization of, Complete Mechanical, Electrical and B/R sevices drawings ( based on the architectural drawings prepared and approved vide Item No 1 above) (Site plan, Plans of all the buildings, multiple floor plans with details showing internal electric supply, external electric supply, external water supply , lighting plan and fixing site for panels and Hot Water supply, Area drainage plan, Road, Path/Culvert, Sewage Disposal Plan Sewage pipe line is to be connected with Septic Tanks/Soakage pits , (in appropriate scales) in REVIT/AutoCad for Following Buildings. While preparing drawings the consultant ahall adhere to scales of Accomodation , Scales of Furniture for built in furniture , Zonal specifications, IS Codes, NBC Codes, GRIHA rating system (for 3 Star rating) , ECBC norms, Local Bye laws and BPs and AE-II of the subject work. In case of any discrepancy beteween these documents the decision of accepting officer will be obtained before finalizing the drawings. All these documents can be obtained from the office of HQ CE31 Zone on any working Day.The above mentioned drawing shall be prepared in consultation/supervision of E/M officers of HQ CE 31 Zone (E-4 Section ) and will have to approved by Accepting Officer before Finalization. | 4 | (d) Preparation, submission and finalization of Detailed Estimates,Yardsticks and Market rate analysis (on prescribed format for the same used in MES) for following buildings and services based on drawings prepared and approved as per para 1 to 1.20 above. The estimates shall be based on rates given in SSR 2020 Part-II, if rate of any Item is not availaible in SSR 2020 Part-II the same should be applied based on Market rate of the Item reduced/enhanced to SSR 2020 level by applying market variation percentage as per percentage over SSR for the relevent quarter circulated by HQ CE 31 Zone. All these documents can be obtained from the office of CE31 Zone on any working Day.The above mentioned drawing shall be prepared in consultation/supervision of Contract section officers of HQ CE 31 Zone (E-8 Section ) and will have to approved by Accepting Officer before Finalization. Provn of Adm Block including parking space (G+2)--Total plinth Area -2417.36 Sqm Note:- The estimates for demolition of buildings if any in the scope of work shall also be deemed to included in quoted rates. | ||
| 5 | (e) Submission of drawings and services plans prepared as per Item No 1 to 1.20 above to GRIHA Council/Secretariat and obtaining approval of GRIHA Council for the drawings and services plans as per GRIHA-3 star rating norms and submitting the 06 copies of Griha approved drawings to the office of CE 31 Zone in A-3 Size tracing sheet. (f) Laisioning and coordinating with GRIHA team for registration of the project by filling Expression of Interest form online on GRIHA Website and paying the required registration Fees to GRIHA Authorities, uploading relevent documents , responding to queries, observations, modifications and corrections given by GRIHA team with in specified time frame and reporting the same to HQ CE 31 Zone and obtaining Final registration certificate/ number including login id and password for the project from the GRIHA authorities, for following buildings. Provn of Adm Block including parking space (G+2)--Total plinth Area -2417.36 Sqm Notes for Item No 1 to 1.40 Above :- (i) The Fees required for registration of the project shall be paid by the consultant to GRIHA authorities and his quoted rates for the unit Job shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same. (ii) The Quoted Rates of the consultant shall deemed to be inclusive of Organising an orientation workshop by GRIHA Council officials to the Project construction Team , to be held at the office of HQ CE 31 Zone at Srinagar, after registration of the project on GRIHA portal/Website. (iii) The rates quoted by the consultant shall deem to be inclusive of at least 12 visits ie 04 visits Each for Architectural, Structural and Services drawings to office of HQ CE 31 Zone, Srinagar including the project site , Each visit shall be consisting of One Week Maximum , including Lodging , boarding, Transport and food of consultant team to borne by consultant himself. and after every visit consultant or his rep will obtain a visit certificate from Adm Officer of CE 31 Zone indicating dates and number of days of visit. The Liasioning Officer in case of any difficulty will be SSW HQ CE 31 Zone. (iv) The unit " Each Job" mentioned in the BOQ Item no 1.00 shall consist of full and final completion of all the processes and requirements mentioned in Item No 1.00 to 1.40 above and also any other requirement/ process specifically not mentioned above but which is necessary for obtaining approval of GRIHA council for Drawings compliant with GRIHA- 3 star rating and registration of the project in GRIHA council . (v) The consultant Shall be liable to carry out any amendments/modification/revision/additions/alterations in drawings as propposed by Accepting officer before finalization of the drawings. |
