| 1 | 1.Collecting, loading, Garbages, dried leaves, dead tree branches, unwanted plants/weeds, other wastages and swept materials from the dust pin provided at salient points in the quarters, yards, adjacent to the road side of residential quarters, office, indoor stadium of Dr. Babu jagajivan ram sports complex area, ChPA& MPDET Hr.Sec School, Swabothini school, madras High Court CISF Mess and 11 K.V. Electrical sub-station etc., in the designated locations of Tondiarpet Housing Colony every day excluding Sundays and closed holidays. And (i) the collected garbages loaded in to the Tractor with trolly (Tractor with trolly having minimum capacity 2.5cum for transportation) and unloading the collected garbage materials in to the Greater Chennai Corporation dustbin etc., (ii) the collected dried leaves , dead tree branches unwanted plants/ weeds and rubbish to be unloaded in the low lying areas with in a lead of 2 km for maintaining Tondiarpet housing Colony premises daily in neat and tidy condition and keeping them free from dust,dry leaves, waste papers, garbages and other materials etc., all as directed at site, including all labour, tools, vehicle, transport, fuel necessary glows, safety jackets, showels, tools and equipments etc., complete. Note:1. The Contractor should engage every day(Excluding Sundays and closed holidays) One Tractor with trolly with driver for operation ( the tractor with trolly having minimum capacity 2.5cum for transportation) for collecting and transportation the garbages, dried leaves weeds rubbish etc. Recovery for Not Engaging of tractor with trolly will be deducted at the rate as specified (ie Rs 1772.00/- per day.) 2.The contractor should engage minimum 3 coolies daily (Excluding Sundays and closed holidays) for collection and transportation for Garbages/dried leaves etc., Recovery for Non posting of coolies will be deducted at the rate as specified (ie Rs 966/- per Number) 3. The Total quantity of garbages to be cleared daily is 5.50 cum and dried leaves 2.5cum( Approximately) or as directed at site. 4. All Bamboo baskets, pickaxe, rack (Fork sticks and other cleaning tools required are to be mobilized and used in the work by the contractor at his own cost) | 24.00 | 1 Month (One Month) |
