| 1 | The contractor should have healthy 12Nos of garbage collectors certified by MO regarding their health & Efficiency to execute work, 1 (one) Electrician & I (one) Mechanic. It should be atleast 50% of the workers should be males, All workers should be in between 18-65 years. The collection of garbage should be in accordance with M,S,W rule 2016 s=and the order of Honorable National Green Tribunal in Municipal area & adjoining area on a daily during pre-informed timing using bell/whistle/horns/ to announce the arrival of the sanitation workers. On sunday & public holidays as per the managment plan & in a manner as set out by the Municipality during the period of the Agreement.The wet waste (Organic Waste) & dry waste (Inorganic Waste including recyclable waste) is to be collected on a daily basis i.e from Monday to Sunday, as per the managment plan. No mixed waste shall collects.Only segregated MSW shall be collect by the contract & disposed it in seperate manner as per the directions of In-Charge.Disposal of dead animals,cutting of bushes, removal of tree/branches and removal of posters in the ward. If the municipal council satisfied with the work the tender shall be contineous wit the renewal option on 10% increase in awarded rates every year i.e 2027-onwards. JCB should be used only in SWM/Processing site once a week and four times in a month. | 12 | Month |
