Note: 1. Every time cleaning area shall be measured for payment. 2. The contractor shall engage minimum 2 numbers of workers daily as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Failure to deploy the minimum numbers of labour will attract recovery with the minimum wages for every default of labour. 3. The contractor shall supply the necessary PPE to the workers. 4. The rate should also include sweeping tools etc. 5. The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of sweeping materials to the dumping yard. | 1000000 | Sq.m. |
