The total height of the sculpture will be approximately 2 meters from the base to the top, with proportions carefully balanced to ensure visual harmony with the surrounding environment. It will be mounted on a mild steel or stainless steel base plate with embedded anchor bolts, and the base and foundation will be designed to withstand environmental loads such as wind and other external forces, with detailed engineering drawings submitted for approval. The sculpture will be installed near the retail block in the outdoor zone of the fish market, with the contractor responsible for proper leveling, alignment, and secure anchorage as per the architect s instructions, ensuring it does not interfere with market operations. The surface finish must be smooth, with high-quality paint and coatings to resist weathering, peeling, or fading, and an anti-graffiti coating should be applied if possible. A three-year warranty will be provided against manufacturing defects and surface deterioration, along with maintenance guidelines covering cleaning and periodic repainting.
