Quoted Rates shall be deemed to include this factor and nothing Extra will be admissible on this account other than Quoted Rates for Item No. 1. In case of any dispute on this factor, the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding. NOTE : Contractor shall maintain a register of complaints duly obtained signature from the user and submit to the JE concerned/ Engineer-In-Charge for claiming payment against schedule A item no 01 to 05 is mandatory.
