Working design shall be based on the SBC determind after soil investigation / 8 tonne/sqm. Note :- The bid price of Over Head Tanks is to be submitted considering net safe allowable bearing capacity as 8 t/m2, keeping the minimum foundation depth to be 2.5 m below existing ground level at the site of work. The successful bidder will be required to investigate the soil bearing capacity. If net safe allowable bearing capacity is found to be equivalent or more than 8 t/m2, the design of OHT will be based on 8 t/m2 capacity. However, in case the net safe allowable bearing capacity is found to be below 8 t/m2, then the design of OHT will be based on the actual bearing capacity. | ||
