Sign frame modular extruded aluminium profile Module plus outdoor system -Consisting of main pole 80 mm Octagonal shaped (1 nos) screw fitted with M.S structure vertically & horizontally, Cover list profile inserted in octagonal shaped profile to hide screw fitting arrangement completely. Plastic moulded end cap (black coloured) on top side to cover octagonal shaped profile, attached to with 50 nun depth aluminium frame with 80 man radius round corners as per design requirements with 80 mm radius round corners as per design requirements for media signage mounting, with media accommodation depth of 6 min, frame screw fitted at multiple position along vertical and horizontal side facing the octagonal pole. Signs made in Modular Aluminium extrusions (Alloy 6060 as per European standards EN755-2-2008 tensile strength 190 MPA typical BHN is 70 from virgin aluminium homogeneous billet) with Premium grade Anodizing (Thickness 15-20 microns, ISO:9001-2008 certified) International standards, with Lifetime warranty under normal working conditions. This Signage Contains at least two or max Six Directional Signs. 4. Media-ACP/Acrylic router cut-vinyl wrapped/pasted with thickness up to 5 men can be pasted (with help of dual lock or foam based 3M make double sided tape) on 50 mm depth profile (on both side) including post, RCC foundations, electrical connections (as required). cutting and opening the floor finish (as required) at location, and making good to match the original finish after fixing and installation of signage with all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws, rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. all complete with due considerations to harsh outdoor conditions as per approved design drawings and instructions of the engineer-in-charge post size 3000mm directional frame size 750mmX230mmX and 450X450mm | 5.00 | Each |
