| 2 | Automatic Seed Coating Machine should be fully automatic with a batch size of 5 to 10 kg (depends on seed size & density) and can give an output capacity of 0.8-1.0 T per hour (varies with seed size & density). The machine should be suitable for all Field crops like, Cotton, Jowar, Bajra etc., & Vegetable seeds. Main components: - 1. Seed Feeding Unit - Hoper Capacity: not less than 10kg (depends on seed size & density) - Level to be controlled by a High accurate precision Sensor with PU molded Peddler for accurate feeding and to eliminate any possibility of seed damage during feeding. High precision Geared Motor for Peddler movement. - 2. Main Disc & shell - a. Cast steel and machined disc - b. Top surface of the disc should be Rubberized - c. Perfect Angle matching between Main disc and base to avoid seeds accumulation at this zone and damages to the seeds. - d. Less than 0.5 mm gap on radius of the base and disc. - e. Dual seal protection for bearing housing to prevent any chemical entering into the bearing housing. - f. Motor for disc rotation. - g. SS 304 Shell for long life - 3. Auto Dump gate - a. Should be equipped with Pneumatic cylinder for opening and closing of the gate. Upon completion of the treatment gate should open automatically to send the seed out of the machine. - b. Perfect matching with the shell with absolutely no gaps - 4. Peristaltic pump - a. Should be designed for accurate dosing - b. No leakages should be observed - c. Should be designed in such way to avoid any back flow - d. VFD drive and times to control the chemical dosage in terms of quantity and dosage time - e. Should have geared motor drive for pumping. - 5. Control Panel should meet following specifications - a. Separate control panel - b. Auto/Manual options - c. Programmable Logic Controller - d. Operator friendly timer setting - 6. Chemical Mixing Tank - a. Tank Capacity: 75-100L - b. SS Tank - c. Continuous slurry mixing arrangement. - d. Geared motor for mixer. | 1.000 | Nos |
