| 1 | Providing and applying antifungal and antibacterial interior paint on the walls and ceiling of approved make and shade. Application of the paint shall be done by thorough surface preparation by cleaning, scraping, sanding and removal of existing loose paint, dirt, grease, fungus, algae, and other contaminants from the surface by scraping. After cleaning all cracks shall be filled with expandable crack filler as per OEM specifications and making surface smooth for application of PTC. 1. Providing and applying minimum 1 coat of Pre-treatment Coat (PTC) to all surfaces to eliminate the existing fungal growth. Approved proportion shall as prescribed by the OEM. 2. Providing and applying minimum 1 coat of Interior Base coat Primer with OEM approved water dilution adding PTC as per OEM specifications into the primer. Allow the surface to dry completely. 3. Providing and applying even shade of minimum 2 coats of interior grade water based emulsion paint of antifungal and antibacterial property and to be applied by using a roller or brush. 4. A final coat of silicon based clear coat with antifungal property shall be done over the paint. 5. Bidder shall ensuring a minimum gap prescribed by OEM between in each coat. Quoted rate shall be including cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding, Surface preparation, primer, fungicidal treatment, All leads, lifts, taxes ( GST extra ), royalties, etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid extra. Actual area painted at site shall be measured for the payments. Bidder shall submit minimum 3 years warranty from OEM for film integrity and colour intactness. All the coats shall be from same OEM. Bidder shall obtain prior approval of Engineer In-charge for methodology before actual starting the work. Approved Makes : Dulux/Asian/Nerolac. BIDDER TO QUOTE RATES WITHOUT GST , GST SHALL BE PAID SEPERATLY AS PER PREVELLING RATES. | ||
| 2 | Removing dry or oil-bound distemper, Acrylic paint, putty, waterproof cement paint, and similar coatings by scraping and sandpapering, and preparing the surface smooth, including necessary repairs to scratches, cracks by opening cracks and filling expandable joint filler as approved by OEM, etc. Complete.
