(B) Alignment of 4 nos. of Intake Gate of SVP Bhaba at weir site kafnoo :- i) Alignment of 4 nos. of Intake Gate at weir site kafnoo by dismantling the steel rope of all gates and then alingns the gear box assembly and rope drum assembly. ii) Replacement of all the damaged bushes, rubber packing, nuts and bolts of coupling shaft, gear box and motor shaft assembly. iii) Replacement of 3 nos. damaged coupling shaft assembly of motor and gear box of intake Gate No. 3 by new fabricated shaft assembly. iv) After assembling all the gates they are to be checked for their operation. c)Fabrication, providing and fixing of following:- i) Coupling shaft of gear box and motor assembly: Qty =01 Complete assembly, Lenght inner Shaft: 8.5+8.5 cm. Dia Inner Sahft: 42.80 cm., Lenght Outer Shaft: 38 cm. Dia Outer Shaft: 64.20 cm., key Lenght: 110 mm. Key Width: 5 mm., Key Thickness: 15 mm. ii) Brass Bush: Qty= 100 Pcs., Lenght: 20 mm., Dia.
