| 1 | S&F of Aluminum composite panels / PVC louvers of Al strong make for external wall cladding at all levels with all necessary Aluminum member frame works at all heights and elevation fixed on to the supporting brick masonry/ RCC frame, fastening material and hardware complete with all labour, material, equipment, handling, transportation, workmanship, preparation of shop drawings, staging, scaffolding, etc, all complete. The work shall also include for providing structural glazing with 12mm or more thick toughened glass of approved colour, to match with existing elevation of the building. The payment for structural glazing shall be all as per ACP panelling work only. Contractor to quote the rate after due estimation of ACP panelling portion and Glazing portion as per site. Work is to be executed as per approved shop drawings and Instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The aluminum composite panel should consist of 3mm thick thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LOPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminum alloy sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surface shall be finished with PVDF based coating of minimum 30 micron on the topsides and services coating on the reverse side shall be with polymer paint. The surface shall be protected with self adhesive peel off masking foil. The system shall be designed to withstand a wind pressure of 150kg/Sqm and shall be fixed to the Masonry/RC frame with necessary clamps, brackets and anchor fasteners. All clamps and brackets shall be hot dip galvanized minimum 80 microns thick and shall conform to IS: 4759-1996. The extruded aluminum section shall be anodized in approved colour with anodic coating of minimum 20 microns. Extruded section shall be 6063 T5 or T6 alloy conforming to ASTM B221. Any other festering straps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc. shall be in stainless steel SS304 grade Including providing open cell polyethylene backer rods, weather sealant etc. The weather sealant shall be Dow Corning 688/795 or equivalent. All the work shall be as per Manufacturer's specifications and approved shop drawings. Note: The rate quoted shall include for preparation of 3D design / drawings of the building with ACP panelling / glazing and UPVC window. The work shall commence only after the Digital model of the building with ACP panelling and UPVC windows is approved by GE / Engr-in-charge. | 65.00 | Sqm |
