Outgoing for 6.6 KV Motor starter panel + 1 No. Outgoing for 100KVA Transformer) after disconnection of HT cable and drawing out the VCB, Cleaning the contact point by WD 40 and remove all the deposited carbon particles and sulphate, Cleaning of all internal busbar, checking the tightness of all joints or termination, nut bolts etc.. measurement of insulation resistance by 5KV meggar, improve the insulation resistance by hot blowing process. cleaning and testing of all CT, PT, SPOUT etc., Insulation measurement of all 6.6 KV cable, Reconnect the HT cable, Repairing of 6.6 KV motor control feeder panel circuit, Phase sequence checking of entire system, Check the closing and triping control circuit and Testing the operation of 6.6 KV VCB, transformer test, oil test [Electric Strength (BDV), Dielectric Dissipation Factor(Tan Delta), Dissolved Gas Analysis, Specific Resistance (Resistivity), Water Content], earth test all complete as per direction of EIC & overhauling of 415V PDB with allied all LT panels, battery charger LPBS.
