1 | Comprehensive maintenance and repair of fully automatically operated passenger lift (Make - KONE Elevators Type PT 10/10-15) of 10 passengers (680 Kgs capacity) to serve 6 floors (G + 5) with single speed motor and AC variable voltage frequency (VVVF) control, automatic levelling device to bring car to exact landing level, simplex automatic with or without attendant including power operated side opening MS painted sliding door with powder coated finish and indicators at each floor complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (Tenderer Shall be responsible for the following) (a) KONE Elevators India Pvt Ltd or its authorised dealer will perform the maintenance. (b) All responsible steps to maintain the equipment in proper operating condition. (c) Contractor shall use trained and appropriately supervised personnel to perform the maintenance services. (d) Services shall be conducted during normal working hours and shall sent at regular intervals as frequently as the company thinks necessary, having regard to the age, complaint, nature and condition and problem in operation of the elevator. | 9.00 | Per Month |
2 | (e) Technician should be of the KONE or rep/approved by the KONE to systematically inspect, adjust and lubricate the parts of the elevator to the extent necessary to maintain the elevator in satisfactory working order. (f) During the breakdown/failure in the elevator, a technician may reasonably be responsible to carry out the necessary repairs in order to restore the elevator to satisfactory working condition. (g) Responsible to replace (identical or equivalent item) or rectify at its option any component of the elevator rendered defective due to normal wear and tear and arising out of ordinary and reasonable use of the elevator (h) The rate quoted by the tenderer is inclusive of the credit of old unserviceable retrived materials obtained from as per Schedule 'A'. (j) Major spare parts will be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule 'A'. (k) Comprehensive maintenance shall have to be carried out on bi monthly basis. | ||
3 | Note : Recovery Schedule (a) Delay in making the lift serviceable for minor complaints more than 24 hrs after lodging the complaint through telephone/telegram @ Rs. 500/- per day (b) Delay in making the lift serviceable for major complaints more than the time fixed by the accepting office @ Rs. 1000/- per day (c) Any material required for making the lift serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (d) Serviceability certificate to be submitted by the contractor on completion of two months for a span of 8 months duration duly by KONE elevator rep or equivalent approved by KONE. | ||

(b) All responsible steps to maintain the equipment in proper operating condition. (c) Contractor shall use trained and appropriately supervised personnel to perform the maintenance services.
