(3) An exclusive team of adequate number of labourers for painting activity shall be deployed by the contractor as per directions of Engr-in-Charge. (4) The execution of 30% quantity is to be completed within 60 days after acceptance of contract; failing to meet this execution target by given due date shall incur irreversible penal recovery of Rs. 10000. (5) Next 50% quantity is to be completed within 120 days after acceptance of contract; failing to meet this execution target by given due date shall incur irreversible panel recovery of Rs. 15000.
