(iv) Greasing/Oiling of condenser fan motor and blower motor. (v) Checking and rectifying for any kind of refrigerant leakage. (vi) Checking the serviceability of remote control unit. Note:- (i) Any parts found unserviceable/defective rectified/changed shall be measured and paid separately under respectively item (here-in-after) of BOQ. (ii) Make of parts shall be as per original & Genuine make of AC. (iii) Make(s) of AC's to be repaired are specified in Appx 'B'.
