(c) Checking of all operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism, tightening of all connections, replacing the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers. engage the isolator with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning. (d) Heating/drying testing of insulators for desired IR value. (e) Checking of internal wiring circuit, including providing insulation by necessary tapping, tightening of all connections, measurements of the mechanical clearances of the operating mechanism associated with the tank or pole should be made including removing moisture deposit. | 9.00 | Each Job |
| 2 | Notes:- (i) The cost of replacement of unserviceable nut, bolt with double washers, replacement of complete shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) The breaker shall be repaired through authorised service engineer /OEM of the manufacturer. (iii) Major spare parts required if any during repair/servicing shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under serial item No. 2.00 to 14.00 here-in-after and cost of taking down and fixing of the same shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate of this item, where as any minor parts/misc. parts i.e. adequate size of Nut, bolts & washers, HT packing/gasket etc those which are not catered in Sch and required for smooth functioning of transformer are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. | ||
