(f) Checking drive shaft and couplings including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checking terminal connection of all LT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/over heated cable ends if any. | ||

(d ) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut /bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking bearing of the rope drum, greasing the same including tightening of nuts and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checkinh terminal connection of all HT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/over heated cable ends if any. (I) Checking hook block and greasing the bearings. | ||

(d) Properly bunching the loose control cables. (e) Checking functioning of cable carriers. (f) Checking the connections and serviceability of VVVF drives for smooth working. |
