| 4 | Water Treatment : Water treatment for Cooling tower and Chilled water whic includes Maintaining of water parameters of Cooling Tower water and Chilled Water as per OEM standards (Attached in enclosure) by using Chemicals for preventing problems like Corrosion, Scale Deposition,Bio-Dispersant,Oxidizing Biocide,Green Biocide and Microbial growth in cooling tower water and chilled water system. Scope includes yearly supply of appropriate chemicals and water Testing kits for monitioring of water parameters as recommended by Chiller and Cooling Tower OEM.Vendor has to undertake quarterly test report from third party Labrotary for authentic testing of Chilled water and cooling tower water and also has to supply portable testing kits for daily monitoring of Water parameters.. Note : Adding of chemical and daily testing of water parameters will be undetaken by HBCH&RC,Visakhapatanam. Chilled Water Parameters to be maintained as per OEM:- Ph Value- 7.5 to 8.5 , Total Hardness ( Caco3) - Max 80 PPM, Total Alkanity (Caco3) - Less than 100 PPM, Chloride Ion - Less than 50 PPM, Total Ion (Fe) - Less than 0.3 PPM, Silica (Sio2) - Less than 30, Ammonium Ion - Less than 0.2 PPM, TDS - Max 1200 Cooling Tower Water Parameters to be maintained as per OEM:- Ph Value- 7.5 to 8.5 , Total Hardness ( Caco3) - Less than 200 PPM, Total Alkanity (Caco3) - Less than 100 PPM, Chloride Ion - Less than 200 PPM, Total Ion (Fe) - Less than 1.0 PPM, Silica (Sio2) - Less than 50, Ammonium Ion - Less than 1.0 PPM, TDS - Max 1500 Municipal Water Parameters :- Ph Value- 8.0 , Total Hardness ( Caco3) - 80 PPM, M Alkanity - 80 PPM, Chloride Ion - 30 PPM, P. Alkalinity - 30 PPM, Calcium Hardness - 40 PPM, TDS - 200 Note:- 1.
