Note :- (i) Supervisors should receive ereryday complaint through MES complaint register for Domestic Area AV (ii) Penalty in case not attending the each complaint during same working day will be recovered from contractor @ Rs. 350 per complaint.. (iii) Rate included for all necessary T&P for mechanical cleaning/ manual claening shall be provided by Contractor. (iv) The Disposal of mud/silt, sludge & other debris retrived from cleaning time should be remove outside of MOD premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in Charge. (v) If necessitated by JE/ Engr-in Charge/GE, contractor will provide to attend the complaints as required on Sunday/Holiday | 2350.00 | Each Job |
| 3 | Cleaning of manholes complete of any size and at any location for depth of manholes not exc 1.50 mtr including taking out sludge and other material deposited in manhole and its removed to outside of MOD premises complete all as specified and directed. | 350.00 | Each |
| 4 | Desludging of existing manholes of depth exc 1.50 mtr but not exc 9.0 mtr of manhole. The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of vehicle mounted desilting grab machine for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. The sludge deposited in sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipment and with strict supervision complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The tenderer shall engage the above mentioned T&P and intimate to Engr-in-Charge in writing with machine No/Vehicle No etc for their record and prior approval of GE. (ii) The T&P as and when brought by the tenderer based on site requirement the concern site executive shall be take a photograph of machine alonwith the supervising staff i.e JE's and contractor's rep etc and shall kept in record with date. (iii) A pucca bound register shall be maintained showing the machine No/Vehicle No and their deployment at site mentioning time and date duly signed by concern JE, Engr-in-Charge and contractor and the same register shall be produced while claiming the payment by the tenderer. | 150.00 | Per Hour |
| 5 | Cleaning/Removal of sewage block in the existing line and removing of non-degradable chocking material including cleaning main sewer lines of dia upto 300mm of and depth upto 9.0 RM by using high pressure Jetty machine cum (VACUUM SUCTION) by means of "Super Sucker" machine incl plugging/cleaning and dewatering of connection manholes incl removal and disposal of sludge/silt/non degradable material/waste water etc out of MOD land at any distance and with no additional cost on the same day when it was taken out.
