(b)Application of modified bitumenous primer @ 1.2 Ltr. Per 5.00 Sq. M. (on an average basis). (c)Laying of 3 mm thick polymer modified bituminous waterproofing membrane, each strip to have at least 100mm overlapping at longitudinal edges as well as at the ends including installing / fixing by thermofusion by gas torch.Proper sealing of overlaps shall be done by thermofusion & hot trowelling, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate shall include for erection and removal of staging / scaffolding wherever required complete. (d) Application of bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Ltr./ Sq.M.each coat (Two coats). Note : Measurements shall be taken for finished area only. | 12000 | Sqm |
