| 2 | Conducting detailed topographical survey and submitting report using Total Station and/or DGPS or equivalent surveying instruments, covering the following scope: | 1700.00 | Acre |
| 3 | (i) Carrying out apex-to-apex traverse and capturing all salient features such as permanent structures, roads, culverts, pipelines, drains/nalas, fire line, electrical poles (LT/HT/EHT), underground LT/HT lines/cables, transformers, septic tanks, STP, WTC, communication cables, OFC, water supply lines, sewer lines, chambers, manholes, worship places, water bodies/ lakes and all vegetation including trees having girth greater than 30 cm, specifying the girth and type/species of each tree, underground services as guided by departmental representative etc. Determining depth of bottom of water bodies/ lakes and volume of water at Full Reservior Level (FRL) by appropriate method including provision of boat (as required). Establishment of true north at site, calculation of the total campus area and its major divisions, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | ||
| 4 | (ii) Recording ground levels at 5 m 5 m grid spacing in plain areas and 3 m 3 m grid spacing in foothill/undulated areas, and preparation of drawings in CAD (dwg) and GeoPackage formats compatible with QGIS software specifying the co-ordinate reference system used. | ||
| 5 | (iii) Plotting contours at 1.0 m depth interval and preparation of contour maps in CAD (dwg) and GeoPackage formats specifying the co-ordinate reference system used. |
