| 1 | Annual maintenance contract of the University Intranet, which includes the maintenance of the Linux server, Windows based server, Mail Server, Sophos UTM, Cisco firewall, Routers, Switches, Wireless access points, etc., and maintenance of university of network as detailed below for a period of one year. 1. Day to day maintenance of Linux server, Windows based server, E-Mail Server, Cisco firewall, Routers, layer3 Switches, layer2 Switches, Wireless access points, Management of Sophos UTM and other utilities etc. 2. Discharge of the duty of Network Engineer Coordinator (to be deployed in the University by Service provider) and rectify the complains received from various units/colleges of the University. The complains should be entertain with in a period of four hours and be rectified immediately. 3. Management of all intranet users and groups on directory services. 4. Ensure physical connectivity of the campus network as a whole. 5. Configure and ensure connectivity of clients with campus network and internet. 6. Configure and manage mail clients on server. 7. OTDR testing of OFC link and diagnose problems in networking components in whole university network and coordinate their repair as per the university norms. 8. Ensure Wireless connectivity in University Intranet. 9. The AMC will include maintaining and protecting the security of the Intranet. | 1 | Job work |
