| 1 | Supply and erection of Galvanized Steel octagonal Pole (Sheet thickness 4mm to 5mm) with base plate designed to withstand wind speec 169km/hour of suitable length Sheet Steel Confirming to IS 2062:2011 E350B0 (Yield Stress must be min 355 Mpa and Tensile Strengtt min 470 Mpa which is equivalent to BSEN-10025S- 355J or ASTM-572A (GR-50) and thickness of Hot dip galvanization coating (70 microns) conforming to 15:2629/ 1S:2633/ IS:4759, BSEN-ISO-1461- 1991 OR ASTM-A123/A123M-02. The pole shall be in single piece hot dip galvanized and shall be tapered towards the top. The bottom section shall have openable slot with exterior surface door & shall have suitable locking arrangement for housing three phase 4wire cable connection, bakelite sheet, MCB (0.4 to 5 Amp), loop in and out arrangement for incoming/ outgoing cables. There shall be uitable arrangement for earthing. Rigid Base plate of suitable size and thickness shall be welded inside and outside at the bottom of pole with provision for fixing 4 foundation bolts. The octagonal pole shal be bolted on a pre- cast foundation with a set of four foundation bolts of EN-8 Grade with thread portion hot dip galvanized for greate igidity. The foundation shall be erected over cement concrete M-10 with steel of given size as per design of original pole anufacturer to fixed up to a required planting depth below groundlevel as required: (i) Galvanized Octagonal Pole Overall Length 9.00 metre (Sheet thickness 4mm to 5 mm), Top dia. 70mm and bottom dia.180 mm, foundation size below G/L 600mm x 600mm x 1700mm, 4Nos. Foundation Bolts size 30mm dia, Length 2750 mm with Base Plate Dimensions 260mm x 260mm x 16mm Thick. (ii) Single ARM Bracket 1.50 meter long for galvanized octagonal. (iii) GI Earth rod 20 mm dia, 3 mtr Long. (iv) Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. ( v) Cement concrete 1:3:6, with stone aggregate 20 mm gauge mixing by manual means . (vi) Earthing with S.W.G (7/2.80mm dia ) G.I rope in 20 mm dia pipe with G.I reducing socket 50mm x 20mm ( upto 9 meter in length) in all respect including carriage of material with in all leads lifts complete in all respects as per the direction and to be entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. | 55 | Nos |
