The thickness of this inner frame is 40mm.The upright section has slots for holding tiles which are snap fitted using special joinery. The brackets for supporting worktops. The horizontal bracings are made of 1.6mm aluminium .The uprights & bracings are joint together to form a rigid frame. Tiles are available in a variety of configurations and thickness of 9mm PIN UP Board with approved fabric and colour as well as one tile eraseble White writing board with writing PEN & Duster for each table. To provide the raceway with openable flap for passing electricity & data wires can be provided sparately at various levels-skirting level and cut the race way for electrical & data points in required nos. , just below the worktop or above the worktop(as per approved).The width of the raceway cover is 100mm and is made of 1.5mm aluminium section. The top cover and side covers are made of extruded aluminium sections of thickness 1.5mm the plastic caps are used to join the aluminium runners at various intersections. all parts are powder coated after elaborate 7 tank phosphating treatment process hence making it rust proof etc.as per desired colour all complete as per approved drawings and direction of Institute..
