Proper Exhaut fan is need to placed is aprt of scope of work. The structure at each location shall have minimum facility of (1) Bedding capacity of approx. 600 beds (Palang/Khat/bunker bed setup updown with Mattresses/Pillow/blankets- as approved by Authority) and as per religious sentiments. All the beds should be done with signage and marking with properly visible bed nos. (2) Floor bedding setup of capacity of approx. 600 beds ( without Palang/Khat) with Mattresses/Pillow/blankets- as approved by Authority)and as per religious sentiments.(3) Provision of approx. 25 nos. of dustbins is part of scope with regular housekeeping with necessary manpower (Minimum 15 nos of Manpower round the clock) to upkeep the facility (4) Racks for placement of luggage and shoes shall be made available by the bidder for capacity of min. 600 individual compartments. (5) Bidder to ensure Fire safety and Emergency exits to be provided as per norms. (6) Provision of necessary Electrical wiring with 5/6 amp. and 15/16 amp. power points, 3 phase light fixtures as per site requirement with rates current capacity of Copper FRSL wires ISI make flixible wires in PVC rigid conduts and Heavy Duty cables of ISI/FRLS alluminium including MCB/ELCB for the heavy loads, LED lights, Spot Lights, Tower type fans/pedstral fan/other type & any other type of light fixture as per the site requirement/requirement of Client shall be scope of works. Provide minimum 250 nos. electrical points (5/15A plug points), wall fan/ ceiling fan/ pedestal fan/ exhaust fan as per requirement, General lighting (using Tube lights/PAR lights/Metal/Halogen/ CFL/LED lights, etc.) for inside room/dome shall be part of scope. No separate payments for the same shall be given. The lights should be enough upto the satisfaction of Client and if required extra lighting shall be done without any extra cost. (7) Providing proper manpower for Management/Registration/security services/housekeeping cleaning manpower team on daily basis is a part of scope of work (8). The bidder shall provide ticket counter with necessary manpower. All necessary signages and hoarding at the dormitory setup as suggested by Client, shall be part of bidder scope. The entire work shall be carried out as per the direction of Authority. The above scope includes necessary site clearance/levelling to attend a levelled floor/ to do necessary pavering works if required. The works shall be done upto the satisfaction of Authority. External lighting (except structures) & Fire extinguishers shall be paid separately. Mode of measurement: Built up area (Out to Out dimension of walls) in plan shall be measured of structure. Manning, Keeping, Arranging and Providing Services with one manpower at each stall, water dispensers (chilled), disposable glasses etc at different locations within the venue during the entire event periods. The agency shall ensure minimum daily 60 bottle of 20 litre at counter and if required need to arrange more numbers of water bottles is a part of scope of work. the agency should have a ready stock of 120 bottles to avoid shortage. the bottles should be of jars which can keep water chilled for longer time. The agency shall be responsible to provide and serve water to all the visitors to the venue. Keep atleast 1 dedicated persons to collect the empty bottels and glasses in the venue and disposing it properly in the dust bin installed for the purpose is a part of scope of work. All furniture and electrical equipments and material like Tube lights, fans, halogen,AC, ELCB, MCB, wiring, etc and related electrical items shall not be measured seperately. Mode of measurement: unit no. basis. Agency has to quote for erection, supply of water arrangement and maintence of the structure through out event period. The agency shall ensure proper drainage system to avoid water logging/dirt. the agency shall ensure frequent collection of used glasses for proper disposal. All toilets shall have a full time attendant/ cleaner for operation & maintenance works as per requirements. Providing and fixing good quality of Temp. Toilet Units & Urinal Unit at single point with each unit seperately for ladies and gents , plumbing works using 1" GI pipe connection further branching to 3/4" GI connectioning till Taps and 110 mm PVC 8 KG internal drain lines connected to 200 mm dia PVC header drain pipe laid at 1:10 slope upto Soak Pit as specified. Each drain outlet shall have NT/GT connection as required for sealing foul return air in connection with 1 Nos. of 3000 Ltr. for Gents & 1 Nos. of 4000 Ltr. 5 layer Plastic Tanks for Ladies for water supply with necessary adequate water pressure & 4 Nos. of 500 Ltr. 5 Layer Plastic Water Tank for Hand Wash Area. The scope shall cover to provide proper paved area with paver block, Waterproof Roofing Structure with proper lighting & Signages (using Tubelights/PAR lights/Metal/Halogen/CFL/LED lights, etc.) as indicated in layout (for reference). Providing Soak pit using vertically lowering NP2 class Precast RCC pipe having 1600 mm ID x 2500 mm length, after making 16mm holes @ 500mm c/c leaving 750mm top and bottom part blank and covering the top with precast cement planks of 50mm thk including required excavation. The planks shall be lifted during suction process and placed in position with due care that this assembly of soak pit remains covered at all times. Water supply and Drainage From nearest available source to the individual structures, toilets through pipes elevated steel structures, PVC water tanks, valves etc. with adequate pressure by installing pressure pumps or gravity. Agency if require than need to execute the sump and from there supply water is a part of scope of work. Ensure proper pressure system in supply of water. Necessary water supply outlets are to be provided at approved locations at various outlets in the venue for the entire event as per Authority requirements. Necessary connections shall be taken or in absence of any connections agency has to manage with alternative supply/source of water supply. Agency need to provide backup water supply and suction machine for emergence without extra cost. No additional payment shall be made for the water supply and electricity. Ensure proper housekeeping. All toilets shall be functional before two days. All necessary arrangements/maintenance for water supply, drainage and housekeeping of all Toilets for round the clock is part of scope of works. | 4 | Arrangement for First Aid Counter and covid-19 /mass gathering(5mt. x 5mt.): Pagoda/canopy for entire venue and with proper equipments like thermometer, surgical mask as per requirement on site (Approx. 2000 mask if required), Santiser stands with sanitizer bottle as directed by Authority. Providing and erecting Pagoda/Canopy with octonorm Panels with carpet and roof covered. Each structure with upto 150mm raised wooden flooring using 19 mm thick Fire Retardant Plywood, synthetic carpet, roof covered from top with waterproof material. Proper internal general lighting (using Tubelights/PAR lights/Metal/Halogen/CFL/LED lights, etc.), 2 no of fans, 2 no of (5/15 Amp) plug points are to be provided in each counter. Providing 4 nos. chairs, laminated tables, chairs and racks, beds with beding setup. Arrangement with proper equipments like thermometer for temperature reading with maintaing the record and taking decision for his/her entry, Ambulance van. the agency should arrange fr doctor's visit from Govt.hospitals/dept and also tie up with private practisioners. the arrangement of senior nurse is a part of scope. Maintaing the social distancing by management team, sanitizer sashes, sanitizer bottel at each and every location whereever guided by authority and periodically need to santise the entire venue developed for event, sanitizer tunnel and all other mean of sanitizing the venue continous basis and refill all santizers constantly, do marking and prepare movement plan by doing marking at venue and maintain the social distance, to make sure that all covid-19 rules and regulation gets follow. All staff charges including Loging Boarding Transportation food and other expenses is a part of scope of work. Need to follow Strictly GOI and GOG Guidelines. Provision of necessary team is a part of scope of work. All wiring should be in FRLS(ISI mark) & in rigid PVC conduit protected with ELCB & voltage stabilizer & dedicated earthing. Mode of measurement shall be Unit No. based. All electrical equipments and material like chairs,tables, general lighting (tube lights, par lights, metal, haleogen, electrical points (5/15 A plug points) etc), ELCB, MCB, wiring etc and related electrical items shall not be measure seperately. | 5 | Welcome Branding Signages/Hoarding, Route Maps/Layout, Direction signages, Backdrop, Wall branding and other related works at various location like as per GPYVB instructions: P/F Branding/Signages using Flex, painted ply cutouts or vinyl write-ups on 2mm thick alluminium sheet or structure with 10 to 12 mm plywood or equivelent as per creative design generated by the bidder for activities using various types of Branding as below: - Welcome Branding signages/Hoarding, - Directional signages, - Informational, Standee, Branding, - Wall branding, - Backdrop, - Slogans, - Route/Location maps, - Govt. schemes signages, and other types of branding & signage on roads as per requirement of Authority/Dept..The size varies like 2ft. x 2ft., 3ft. x 3ft., 6ft. x 4ft., 6ft. x 6ft., 8ft. x 6ft., 9ft. x 9ft., 10ft. x 4ft., 10ft. x 10ft.,12ft. x 4ft., 15ft. x 10ft.,20ft x 10ft., 40ft. x 10ft., 80ft.x10ft. etc as finailized by Authority/Dept.. Mode of measurement: To be considered based on attached layout and design presented by bidder before the committee members. The measurement shall be as per actual sizes of various work done, which shall be converted into total sq.mts of work. The branding shall be provided by way of proper anchoring/foundation, steel framing , bracing etc as to ensure structural stability. The made of Star 4 Pass 350 GSM Black back, 3M vinylflex,Retro reflecting, painted ply cut outs, pasting on foam sheet as per creative designs which includes logo as directed by Authority/Dept., font size in Hindi/English/Gujarati language or other language as directed by Authority/Dept. is a part of scope of work. The Pasting on foam sheet is a part of scope of work. The signages made of vinyl flex, painted ply cutouts, vinyls as per creative designs which includes logo as directed by Authority/Dept.. Size type and height of the signages shall be approved by Authority/Dept. Minimum size of template shall be 600mm x 900 mms. Note:-All branding shall be supported on P.C.C./R.C.C. foundations with required size bolts embedded to be designed by a competent structural designer or as approved by the Authority. The flex material shall be replaced as an when damaged or atleast by every 30 months of faded and dmaged branding. Hence agency shall keep the printed flex/Vinyl/retroreflecting/ other material used set in advance. The agency has to remove the Welcome branding/Signages/Hoarding after completion of event within 2 days, so it will not create bad impression. At the time of Work order the finalization of Size, height, Qty, and other related works will be finalized by Authority/Dept..Agency provide atleast two dedicated manpower with vehicle for patrolling the work taking photographs and rectify the damage is a part of scope of work. The agency is required to work out chainagewise/destinationwise numbering of each branding work.
