| 1 | Dining area development for VVIP Spilover Guests : (To be constructed /erected in existing Food court- GF area - with temp. octonorm structures as approved by Client ) Providing and erecting VVIP Dining area development as per the approved size/layout by Client/Committee using octonorm panels with necessary infrastructure at location of permanent structure identified by client. Providing necessary arrangement for drinking water and washing facilities, proper drainage if required, and suitable garbage disposal preferably suction machines are to be arranged by bidder. The scope shall cover provision of the separate space for cooking & washing area outside the permanent building using water proof structure with ceiling. Washing area shall be of minimum 100 Sq.Mt at each location with minimum 15 stainless steel taps with proper water supply and UG drainage facility separately from permanent structure. Creating executive seating arrangement for 350 Nos. (On Round or rectangle tables/ High tables/ chairs of good quality- as approved by client) and creating business class ambience in permanent structure is a part of scope of work which also includes necessary partition and view cutter for zonning, if required. Covers/ Cloths for tables/ chairs shall be changed on daily basis. Necessary flower decoration on top of table shall be considered. Necessary placement of octonorm walls/decorative walls all around with required furniture is part of scope as approved by the Committee members/client. Service area/wash area work shall be commissioned by 5th January 2027. No separate payment shall be made for creating any supporting services. Re-shuffling is to be done of the seating arrangement with respect to schedule shall be arranged without any extra cost as per client requirement. Provision of drinking water counters, dustbins (Min 20 nos) is a part of scope of work. Fixity of partition walls / octonorm panels to be ensured. Ensure Fire safety as per applicable norms. The scope of work also includes required electrical work like 5/6 Amp & 15/16Amp. power points, 3 phase power controlled with required capacity of MCB/ELCB for the heavy loads, LED lights, Spot Lights, Tower type fans & any other type of light fixture as per the site requirment with rated current capacity of Copper FRLS wires ISI make flexible wires in PVC rigid conduits & Heavy duty cables of ISI/FRLS alluminium including MCB/ELCB lighting/power distribution boards (LDB/PDB) etc. The entire work shall be carried out as per the direction of Client/Professional Advisor, no extra payment will be done related to the electrical work. | 2 | Food Court: Food stalls with separate washing & Sitting facilities: P/E Group of food stalls as per requirement at 2-3 locations (Near Dandi Kutir (Approx 95-100 stalls) /SAI area (Approx 60 stalls), Refer Technical bid Volume III) as per approved layout of about approx. 3m X 5m size & 6m X 5m size with necessary infrastructure and preparation area. (i) Work includes P/E braced and tied Pagoda/ Water Proof Dome structure with outer face covered with approved facade, Roof covered with coloured waterproof and fire retardant fabric / good quality PVC Fabric cover (SRF), ceiling with white/colour fabrics. Up to 150 mm - 300 mm raised wooden platform using 19mm thick Fire retardant plywood/ block board ( Double layer). Walls to be erected with prefabricated aluminum sections/octanorm panels (ht. up to 2.50 Mts.) with laminated panels with approved decorative theme & with necessary partition for division of each food stall space into serving area and preparation area; with complete carpet laid inside the food stall of min 3 mm thickness. Fixity of partitions/octonorm panels to be ensured with installation of corner bracings and additional support to walls as required. Agency need to provide Facia of 0.9m-1.0m high and full length across the front facade. Providing necessary furniture of - counter-like double height Tables for Full length across front side and 4 nos P.V.C. Chairs, 5 counter tables covered with cloth frills, min 2 Storage Racks of 0.6 m Wide x 1.2 m Long with 5 levels of racks etc. Proper internal general lighting creating appropriate lux level (using Tubelights/ PAR lights /Metal/ Halogen/ CFL/ LED lights, etc.), 1 no of fans at top & 1 nos of standing fan, 5 nos. of (5/15 Amp) plug points are to be provided in each Food Stall. Thematic Octanorm panel/Other type partition wall need to be used as per requirement. Necessary arrangements shall be done for combining 2 or more food stalls together as per requirement of Client and shall be part of scope. (ii) P/E of covered area behind the food stall of 2 m width & 3 m length using paver blocks flooring shall be part of scope. (iii) Provision of one dustbins of 65 L for each of Food Stalls and regular garbage disposal provision, Provision of 3 potted plants for each Food Stall erected, provision of Fire-extinguishers as per requirement of applicable norms etc. shall be part of scope of this item and not measured separately (iv) The scope shall also include erection of separate Waterproof Covered space for cooking area of approximate 100-150 sqm for every 50 stalls with wooden platform/ paver flooring covered with carpet and provision of min 40-50 tables in each kitchen, service entry at 2-3 different locations, and Waterproof Covered Washing area of minimum 150 Sq.Mt. area for every 100 stalls having min 10 - 15 taps @ 1m-1.5 m c/c distance, a 2000 L + 2000 L Water tank having 3 m head and with proper water supply network till wash area, with water re-filled regularly throughout the day; and drainage facility with covered soak pits of sufficient capacity and regular suctioning of it throughout the day, as part of scope in each wash area. Ensure fire safety as per applicable norms & covering all necessary wooden and cloth and carpet surfaces with fire-retardant paint/spray shall be part of scope . Food stalls/ Service area/ wash area shall be commissioned by the handover date mentioned in Bid Document. No separate payment shall be made for creating any supporting services. Bidders to review site location and consider necessay surface cleaning and levelling as per the requirement. | 4 | Food Court: P & E of Covered Decorative sitting arrangement/ Pergolas and creating ambience in open space of Food Court area using Covered seating arrangements with approved fabric and stable structure considering seasonal factors. (i) Each pergola shall be of 6m x 6m size erected using MS Truss type structure or as required and shall be properly anchored to the ground and shall be structurally stable. Covering complete columns and beams of the structure with decorative clothing and provision of decorative cloth covering over entire pergola shall be part of scope. Up to 150 mm - 300 mm raised wooden platform using 19mm thick Fire retardant plywood/ block board, necessary braced, with laying of carpet of min 3mm carpet over complete raised platform. (ii) Provision of necessary furniture in each pergolas - 2 nos of round table of 5 m dia with proper supports and covered with decorative fabric; 6 nos of banquet style chairs at each round table with necessary cloth covering and ribbons; 2 nos of decorative wooden benches of 2m-2.5m length with seating of 3 pax on each side of bench. (iii) Provision of necessary general lighting creating appropriate lux level (using Tubelights/ PAR lights /Metal/ Halogen/ CFL/ LED lights, etc.), & 2 nos of standing fan in each pergola, and necesary electrical works with required capacity of MCB/ELCB for the heavy loads, LED lights, Spot Lights, Tower type fans & any other type of light fixture as per the site requirment with rated current capacity of Copper FRLS wires ISI make flexible wires in PVC rigid conduits & Heavy duty cables of ISI/FRLS alluminium including MCB/ELCB lighting/power distribution boards (LDB/PDB) etc. (iv) Provision of decorative lamps on each column support of the Pergola and creation of decorative roof using small hanging elements tied properly to the roof structure shall be part of scope. (v) P/E of necessary sun shade on sides of the pergolas shall be part of scope of work (vi) Provision of one dustbins of 65 L for every 4 nos of Pergolas and regular garbage disposal provision, Provision of 4 potted plants for each Pergola erected, provision of Fire-extinguishers as per requirement of applicable norms etc. shall be part of scope of this item and not measured separately. | 5 | Providing Erecting, Commissioning along with Operation & Maintainence of toilet blocks considering 16-18 hours of housekeeping team along with purchasing and utilising all necessary consumables for completely cleaning and maintaining dry surface throughout the event (At locations as directed by iNDEXTb/Professional Advisor). Providing European water closets, Indian water closet,and urinal with door facility, Hand wash counter laminated finish with mirror8.Water connection using storage tank at elevated level, presure booster Pump with necessary PVC pipes from tank to toilet with necessary valves, Angkle cock, Push cock and heath facit & fittings (water shall be supplied by Agency ) 9. Drainage arangement using PVC pipes and fittings, Leach Pit for Waste water & Solids disposable using 914mm dia x 330mm deep Precast concrete Manhole Rings with top Precast concrete cover (Septick tank disposal arangement by Agency) 10. One disabled unit, 5 to 6 basins & 5 WCs with 12 to 13 urinals along with partitions in male toilet, 3 to 5 basins and 4 to 5 WC in female toilet.Refer drawing as attached in tender volume-3 for reference.
