| 2 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a factory-assembled, outdoor type 11kV/433V,630 kVA compact substation comprising a dry-type cast resin transformer(as per latest ECBC norms), HT and LT switchgear compartments with one 11kV,630A VCB incomer, 800A ACB on secondary side, one 630A MCCB and two 500A MCCB LT outgoing feeders, complete internal interconnections, control wiring, earthing, and illumination. The unit shall be metal-clad, dust- and vermin-proof, mounted on a common mild steel base frame suitable for installation on an RCC plinth. The CSS shall be type-tested, pre-wired, and delivered as a fully assembled, ready-to-install module conforming to relevant IS/IEC standards. A proper RCC foundation, roofing, fencing, interlock floor tile arrangement(1.5 meter offset around CSS) for inside the operating premise shall be given to the same without any additional cost to Technopark. The switchgears, relays, temperature sensor and meters associated to CSS shall SCADA compatible, this shall linked with SCADA enabled control and monitoring system | 1 | nos |

| 4 | Fabrication Supply installation testing and commissioning of 630A, SCADA Compatible, LT, floor mounted type, dust and vermin proof, free standing, cubical type construction with top cable entry, made out 14SWG thick CRCA sheet fully compartmentalised, duly rust inhibited, degreased, zinc phosphated and powder coating painted with approved colour and quality, complete with hinged and earthed front doors, name plate, danger notice board, heavy duty rubber gaskets, removable gland plates made of 3mm thick sheet steel with CT Digital ammeters with cast resin type CTs and Digital Voltmeter with selector switch, indication lamps,high conductivity wrought aluminium busbars with SMC supports, heat shrinkable sleeves etc. all connections and inter-connections including mounting the following switch gears as per SLD with IP55. Wherever copper conductors are required to be terminated(Two outgoings) on aluminium busbars, the panel manufacturer shall provide suitable, approved bimetallic connectors/adaptors and compatible cable lugs of adequate current-carrying capacity and short-circuit withstand rating. All connectors, lugs, jointing materials and associated accessories shall be suitable for the respective conductor sizes and shall ensure reliable electrical contact while preventing galvanic corrosion. The complete arrangement, including necessary modifications, shall be included in the panel manufacturer's scope without any additional cost to Technopark. The panel shall be from a CPRI-approved manufacturer conforming to latest IEC/IS standard. | 1 | nos |
