| 1 | 1. Physical/visual inspection of all structural members of the existing buildings, including assessment of foundation condition and structural distress mapping. Carrying out all necessary investigations and tests, including NDT, core cutting and other appropriate tests, as required for assessing the structural condition and safety of the buildings. 2. Analysis and interpretation of all investigation and test results and carrying out structural audit and stability assessment of the existing buildings in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Submission of Structural Stability Certificates for each site/block, duly signed by an approved/competent Structural Engineer, based on the structural assessment and audit carried out under the above scope.
