| 1 | (a) POLYUREATHANE ANTI STATIC FLOORING SYSTEM 1+3 mm THICK: Polyureathane anti-Static Flooring shall be made with Nitoflor SL3000UT ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) of Fosroc or equivalent in Pidilite, Sika, Flow Crete in the following sequence. (b) Surface Preparation: Polyureathane anti-static flooring system 1+3 mm thick is applied to sound, clean and dry surfaces in order that maximum bond strength is achieved between the substrate and the flooring system. All dust and debris should be removed prior to application of the product or its primer. Please note, new concrete or cementitious substrates, should be at least 28 days old and have a moisture content not exceeding 5%. Laitance deposits on new concrete are best removed by light grit blasting, mechanical scrabbling or grinding. (c) Scratch Coat Nitoflor SL3000UT of Fosroc or equivalent in Pidilite, Sika, Flow Crete: Providing mixing and applying Cementitious polyurethane floor topping as a scratch coat at a coverage rate (max 10 m2/20.25 kg pack) of up to a nominal 1 mm thickness. This scratch coat is designed to prime and seal the floor. Mix and spread evenly by trowel. The scratch coat should be allowed to cure for 12 - 48 hours at 20ºC before applying the conductive coat. (d) Copper Tape: Copper tape of reputed brand and as per manufacturer norms, with one side adhesive and having size of 1 inch width and 80-120 microns thickness shall be pasted on the applied and cured Scratch coat or primed surface in grid patterns @ 5 m c/c. The entire system to be connected to earth pit and testing on completion as per norms. | 1759 | SQM |
| 2 | (e) Conductive Coating Nitoflor SL Conductive of Fosroc or equivalent in Pidilite, Sika, Flow Crete: Providing, mixing and applying conductive undercoat over the cured scratch coat by strictly adhering to the coverage for passing of conductivity. It is a 2 component system comprises of Base & Hardener. Both component are mixed for a homogeneous mix and then applied by using an epoxy roller. Conductive coat at a coverage rate should not be more than 9.6 m2/2.4 litre pack. (f) Final Topping Nitoflor SL3000UT ESD of Fosroc or equivalent in Pidilite, Sika, Flow Crete: Providing mixing and applying cementitious polyurethane floor topping at a thickness of 4mm using a four-component product. A forced-action rotary paddle mixer is recommended for mixing the product. Topping applied at 3 mm thick over a scratch coat of 1 mm to the designated area and shall have smooth matt finish, on cured shall exhibits the Density (ASTM D792)-1850 kg / Cum, Compressive strength (ASTM C 109) >43 mPa, Flexural strength (BS 6319-3) 20 mPa, Tensile strength (BS 6319-7) >6 mPa, having Surface to Earth resistance <1x106 Ohms. The fire resistivity of the material has to be of class 2 as per BS 476-7. Ensuring that the area is completed the application and finishing as per manufacturer's specification and as directed. Topping coat at a coverage rate should not be more than 2.85 m2/16.006 kg packs (for 03 mm thick). The whole process shall be done by manufacturere’s authorised applicator. | ||
