Necessary fee shall be remitted to the Inspectorate by the firm for which no refund will be made from the department. 24 Guarantee Company shall carried out free maintenance during warranty period [36 months] which shall include 1. Cleaning lift equipment 2. Lubricating all required places 3. Replacing of Lubricating Oil when required 4. Checking and adjusting contacts if any 5.Replacing LED / flourescent Lamps, Fan, battery, alarms etc 6. Replacing/Rewinding motor if required. 7.
