| 1 | Implementation of solid waste management services and activities (as per the terms of reference in section III of this RFP) by engaging manpower, vehicles and equipment to collect the segregated waste (wet waste, dry waste, sanitary waste and special care waste) from the source (Households, Commercial Establishments, Bus Stands, Markets etc.), sweeping of streets and roads, removal of silt from storm water drains,Pruning of trees, removal of fallen / dead trees during the monsoon, cutting of overgrown trees, clearing of bushes/ light jungles along roads and streets, provision of waste storage bins at secondary storage points/collection points and clearing the collected waste through secondary transportation vehicles to waste processing centers (MCCs/Biomethanation plants/MRFs etc.) and other designated places, and undertaking the operation and maintenance (O&M) of Micro Composting Centres (MCCs), including the processing of wet waste, and minor maintenance of plant and machinery and disposal of residual waste, by engaging the necessary manpower and vehicles and carrying out the IEC activities. The vehicles/equipment (including BOVs, LCVs, HCVs, compactor bins, mini sweepers and other specified items) conforming as per norms in the RFP. Note: The rate shall be quoted including the salary for the sanitary workers, supervisors, drivers, cost for deploying vehicles, cost of uniforms and other personal protective equipment, consumables, fuel for vehicles, regular maintenance of the vehicles, insurance & fitness certificate for vehicles and administrative charges etc. | 1 | Tonne |
